Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and office systems.
  • Support event planning, team communications, and project coordination.
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion.
