About the Role
We are hiring an IV Infusion Technician to deliver high-quality IV therapy services while supporting daily clinic operations and client experience.
This role is responsible for executing IV treatments, maintaining clinical standards, and ensuring every client receives safe, efficient, and professional care.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role with a clear path to leadership. High performers will have the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Clinic Director position.
What You'll Do
Clinical Care & Execution
  • Start IVs and administer IM injections safely and efficiently
  • Monitor clients during treatment to ensure comfort and safety
  • Document treatments, client responses, and clinical notes accurately
  • Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
Client Experience
  • Create a welcoming, professional environment for all clients
  • Educate clients on therapies, supplements, and wellness benefits
  • Communicate clearly and build trust with clients throughout their visit
  • Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Clinic Operations
  • Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day
  • Track, manage, and restock inventory as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas
  • Support scheduling and overall clinic efficiency
Team Support & Execution
  • Work closely with Clinic Director and Assistant Director
  • Support team goals and daily operational priorities
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
Growth & Leadership Development
  • Demonstrate accountability, initiative, and strong work ethic
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and development
  • Take ownership of responsibilities beyond basic role expectations

Qualifications
  • Active RN, LPN, or Paramedic license required

Certifications
  • CPR/BLS certification

Experience
  • 1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred

Skills & Attributes
  • Strong IV and injection skills
  • Excellent bedside manner and client care approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Interest in wellness, preventative care, and functional medicine

Working Conditions
  • Full-time position with clinic-based schedule
  • 8-10 hour shifts, including some Saturdays as needed
  • Clinic environment with direct client interaction

Is This Role For You?
Who This Role Is For
  • Someone who enjoys hands-on client care
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • An individual looking to grow into a leadership role
  • Someone who values structure, consistency, and client experience
What This Role Is Not For
  • Someone uncomfortable with high-volume IV starts
  • Someone who prefers non-client-facing roles
  • Someone who struggles with multitasking or fast-paced environments
  • Someone not interested in growth or advancement

Reality Check
You will be starting IVs all day.
Clients will vary in difficulty. Some will be anxious. Some will require extra attention.
You are responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality experience every time.
If you are not confident in your IV skills or do not enjoy fast-paced, hands-on clinical work, this role will not be a fit.
