Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads through various channels including phone, email, and social media.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions
  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling and upselling to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining high phone etiquette.
  • Trainable on best practices for online engagement and closing high-end sales deals.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales, preferably within the automotive sector.
