Job description

Description
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Wrap & Window Tint Installer to join our production team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in clean, precise installs and holds themselves to a high standard of quality. If you know your way around a squeegee, heat gun, and plotter, and you can prove it, we want to hear from you. This role can be hourly or by commission.
Responsibilities
• Install full and partial vehicle wraps, color change films, and fleet graphics to production standards
• Perform window tint installations on personal, commercial, and fleet vehicles
• Properly prep vehicles prior to installation, including cleaning, degreasing, and surface inspection
• Identify and communicate any surface issues, damage, or file problems before installation begins
• Maintain a clean, organized install bay and handle materials with care to minimize waste
Qualifications
• 2-4 years of proven, hands-on vehicle wrap and window tint installation experience - this is non-negotiable
• Demonstrated ability to perform clean, professional installs on complex panels, curves, and recesses
• Familiarity with cast and calendered vinyl, tint films, and proper application tools and techniques
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for alignment, finish quality, and defect-free results
• Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Some training can be provided if necessary
