As the Southern Zone Manager of the Foodservice, you'll demonstrate expert knowledge of the zone, continuously develop and elevate your team, and deliver year-over-year profitable growth. With your ability to develop lasting business partnerships within the Foodservice Industry, you'll work closely with your team, sales leadership, and cross-functional partners to build our pathway to Foodservice Operators, resulting in positive revenue growth which contributes to our company's sales and profit goals.

Through effective communication, you've implemented growth strategies within your zone and across the business, where relationship management, influence, and collaboration are key to success.
  • Business Developer: With an entrepreneurial mindset, you've led your team to cultivate strong business partnerships with customers across the zone. Collaborating with marketing and our strategic customer leads, you consistently exceed the revenue goals today, while maintaining a robust pipeline to support doubling company revenue within 5 years. Leveraging your strong business acumen and extensive experience, you've strengthened and expanded our distributor network by identifying gaps or opportunities. Further you and your team are continually identifying and cultivating business with emerging chains. As a result, you've delivered on our brand, strategic, and margin goals.

What You'll Bring:
  • 7+ years leading Field Sales teams in the Foodservice sector to develop and drive new business acquisition and base business growth.
  • Demonstrated a background of cross-functional collaboration, senior manager level communications as well as strong interpersonal, networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with and able to use and adopt technology (i.e., Salesforce, Oracle, Custom applications).
  • Located within one hour of a primary domestic/international airport.
  • Overnight travel is up to 60%.

Salary Range: $133,673 - $148,526
