Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week 

Role Overview

The Zone Associate position will be responsible for important Zone functions related to GO agent contracting, agent contract maintenance and recruiter finance programs. This will include handling preliminary onboarding for agent roles, supporting retention of these agents as well as tracking, performing data analysis and producing reporting around these functions.

What You'll Do:

  • Handles Contracting and Onboarding process and inquiries for Category II and III red flag, pay equity, and declination reviews of agent candidates.
  • Assists with communications between Legal, Standards, GO Management and Onboarding on cases.
  • Inquires on visa and work authorization matters for agent candidates.
  • Responsible for reviewing, reporting and tracking for agent contract maintenance.
  • Produces reports on GO contracting trends, promotability, and GO driver performance.
  • Coordinates with HO regarding agent licensing issues, TEA rescission/exclusions, and terminations.
  • Assists with Management Development Program communications to the field.
  • Responsible for managing the TAS Auto-Term inquiries, Retention Focus Office compliance, and Registered Rep termination process.
  • Responsible for weekly/monthly reports to the General Offices to drive results.
  • Works directly with Field and Zone management on a broad range of issues.

What You'll Bring: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience 
  • Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of GO/Zone operations and EPM/DMS/Marketer/Dashboard/Sales Central are a plus.
  • Experience with NYLIFE contracting and reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of Hiring Guidelines and Production/Termination Standards (i.e. retention, recruiting, programs and GPA).

Job Level: LEVELPF1

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $46,500-$66,500 

Overtime eligible: Nonexempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

Please note: This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
