In this role, you won't just be operating machinery; you’ll be a vital part of the quality chain, ensuring every product that leaves the facility meets rigorous ISO 9001 standards. Position – Industrial Sewer

Job Location – Green Lake, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to hire

Employment Type – Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay –$17 to $19/hr

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

Precision Sewing & Assembly

  • Operational Excellence: Operate various industrial sewing machines using hand controls and foot pedals to assemble high-quality products.
  • Technical Literacy: Read and interpret technical documents, including work orders and specification sheets, to ensure exact assembly.
  • Workflow Management: Efficiently pick up, position, and remove materials from workstations to maintain a steady production flow.
  • Machine Care: Perform routine maintenance on your equipment, including oiling, cleaning, adjusting tensions, threading, and handling minor repairs.

Quality Inspection & Logistics

  • ISO 9001 Compliance: Inspect every product for workmanship and adherence to specs. You will be responsible for following non-conformance guidelines if standards aren't met.
  • Final Evaluation: Review orders for process completion and finalize them for shipping.
  • Workspace Stewardship: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (including daily sweeping and wiping down stations).

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997. Currently, there are 19 total branch offices with 16 located throughout Wisconsin and a recent acquisition has expanded SEEK’s portfolio to 3 branch offices in the Twin Cities.
