SUMMARY

The Castle & Key Events Associate (part-time) is expected to exemplify everything the brand represents in terms of overall behavior, quality of execution, good taste, professional image, and discretion. The Castle & Key brand pays homage to history while creating a modern and high-quality product and experience for all Guests visiting the property. Through our team members and our products, Castle & Key will foster an image of luxury, thoughtfulness, approachability, ultimate hospitality, and elegance.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be 21+ years of age

  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and viewing a computer monitor may be required

  • May be required to push, pull, and lift objects > 50 pounds

  • Exposure to extreme weather and temperature conditions (heat, cold, wet),

  • May be required to climb a ladder or crawl into confined spaces

  • Regular off hours, NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS WILL BE REQUIRED.


DETAIL OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Events specific areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

  • Adhere to all company standards and have strong communication skills, and the ability to speak to clients and guests professionally.

  • Prompt, timely, and has a professional appearance.

  • Assist in organizing and setting up facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, and moving and setting up event furniture. ex: ceremony chairs, tables, and reception chairs.

  • Ability to work with clients to identify their needs to ensure customer satisfaction and positive representation of the brand.

  • Assist in overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, organizing vendors, and managing take-down/cleanup.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned by the Events Manager, Assistant Manager, or Event Coordinators.
