Axis is looking for a meticulous and efficient Event Intern to help execute our busy events schedule through the fall and winter at our Americas headquarters in Chelmsford, MA. You will love this position if you are interested in learning more about the behind-the-scenes magic of events.
What you'll do here:
  • Assist in executing show services orders, organize and upload content as necessary for assigned events to event management systems
  • Research creative giveaway and activity concepts for both in person and virtual events, assist with vendor sourcing, ordering, fulfillment, kitting and shipping
  • Maintain tracking logistics of materials and tasks related to assigned events
  • Organize event feedback and format for analysis provide suggestions for future changes or improvements
  • Support event registration process to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the registration journey.
  • Gain a deep knowledge of event management systems, supporting build out and facilitation of live events within various platforms
