Job description

Title: Program Manager โ€“ Marketing Events I

Pay: $46-$51 per hour

Type: Hybrid 3x a week onsite. SF, CA 94105

Duration: 4.5-month contract


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support Logistics: Partner with the Global Strategic Event Manager to execute a high volume of logistics-heavy events taking ownership of the day-to-day moving parts planning timelines and execution.
  • Build Scale SOPs: Turn fast-moving event workflows into documented repeatable standard operating procedures SOPs and playbooks to ensure our event program can scale efficiently across the region.
  • Event Tech Admin: Manage event platforms building registration pages troubleshooting and tracking attendee lists.
  • Vendor Management Tracking: Serve as point of contact for external partners venues caterers AV production. Coordinate deliverables review proposals and ensure flawless on-site execution.
  • Budgeting Post-Event Analytics: Maintain meticulous budget trackers to ensure financial reconciliation. Lead post-event evaluations compile attendee feedback metrics and deliver data-driven recommendations for future event optimization.



Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on event coordination operations or project management experience handling high-volume logistics-heavy portfolios.
  • Target Audience Familiarity: Prior experience supporting recruiting events university recruiting or early-career/intern programs is highly preferred.
  • Process Systems Organization: A proven track record of organizing complex workflows into documented standard operating procedures SOPs checklists or repeatable playbooks.
  • Event Technology: Strong familiarity with event management software Splash or Cvent experience is highly preferred.
  • Project Management Skills: Exceptional attention to detail timeline management and strong administrative skills.
  • On-Site Execution: Experience coordinating third-party vendors and production crews on-site during live events.
  • Communication: Highly communicative and proactive.
  • Location Flexibility: Ability to work from the San Francisco office 3 days per week with flexibility for event-day schedules.
