We are seeking aSales Engineertodrive businessthrough lively,informativeandcollaborative engagementwith prospective clients. Theyare responsible forgatheringrequirements, providingproduct demonstrations,supportingRFPs, drivingthe creation of SOWs,deliveringtechnical presentations, and collaboratingwithSales as well ascustomers and other internal departments.

This position isbasedfull-timeintheDenveroffice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales support toSalesteam,partnersand prospective customers.

  • Presentations and demonstrations of CoStar Real Estate Manager applicationsand future applications as the company grows.

  • Implementation Services plan development.

  • Proof ofconcept management and delivery.

  • Support and ownership of all technical aspects of sales pursuit.

  • Respond to the technical components of RFI's/RFP'sasrequired.

  • Provide feedback and direction to effectively selling/differentiating CoStar Real Estate Manager, and any future,applications.

  • Assistand provide input tointernal departments such asProduct Management.

  • Travelrequiredas needed, up to 25%.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degreerequiredfrom an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.

  • 1+years of experience in related salesengineerrole or similar technical selling experience in SaaS environment.

  • A track recordof commitment to prior employers.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce orsimilar salesenablement platforms.

  • Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term and sustainable relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levels.

  • Real estate software solutions experience areas such as lease management, IWMS, lease accounting, project management software, etc.

  • Effective internal relationship building skills (superiors, peers, teams, company-wide) and externally (sales channels, customers, etc.).

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company.

  • Knowledge of, and experiencein,finance and accounting applications and ERPs.

  • Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and familiarity with accounting and ERP systems.

  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate market and industry is a plus.

  • An understanding of, and experience in selling, CoStarproductsand services.

  • Proven experience with CRMapplicationlike salesforce and effective use and process enforcement.

Pay Transparency

This position offers a base salary range of$70,000- $90,000, based on relevant skills and experience, an uncapped/generous commission plan and generous benefits.
