Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and execution of the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) strategy for the Americas region, aligned with global CREM objectives.
  • Serve as a solution‑oriented business partner to internal stakeholders across divisions, supporting operational and strategic business needs.
  • Manage and optimize the real estate portfolio, including analysis, proposals, and execution based on business strategy and global targets.
  • Oversee in‑house and outsourced property management activities, including services across regions and sub‑regions.  Support strategy development for property management, leasing and maintenance processes.
  • Execute real estate transactions in support of the portfolio strategy (e.g. acquisitions, dispositions, leasing) adhering to global guidelines for transactions processes.
  • Support and promote global standards for building, construction, and project management.
  • Support real estate financial planning across the Americas, including CAPEX planning and business case development.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Corporate Real Estate Management, Global CREM Finance, Americas Finance, and the Americas CEO to optimize costs and processes.
  • Provide program and budgetary oversight for catering and internal fleet services in the region, with operations primarily managed within subregions and individual sites.  Support global service frameworks as they develop.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate management, business administration, industrial engineering or related field.
  • Management experience in the development and implementation of complex, finance- and organization-specific corporate real estate processes throughout the entire real estate life cycle, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Proven success in project and portfolio management, from strategy development through implementation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills in a global corporate environment, combined with analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented approach to work.
  • Success in influencing across a wide-range of stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in asset management/property management of diversified portfolios in the industrial sector.
