Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to help shape the future of our portfolio of corporate occupier products (Visual Lease, CoStar Real Estate Manager, and new products that you will assist in building). Success in this role means delivering seamless customer experiences through strong technical collaboration, subject matter expertise, thoughtful prioritization and relentless focus on data quality. You'll support the end-to-end development (in collaboration with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers) of innovative solutions that support lease portfolio strategy, real estate transaction management, lease administration and accounting compliance for thousands of companies around the world.
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex integration challenges, unlocking new value for customers and partners and leading through influence in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
This position is full-time in the office and based in Iselin, New Jersey or Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:
  • Support product managers in defining and delivering product features and enhancements
  • Assist in gathering and documenting requirements, user needs, and feedback
  • Participate in customer interviews, research, and data analysis
  • Help translate product ideas into basic workflows, mockups, or documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to support feature development
  • Contribute to testing, validation, and iteration of product features
  • Assist in analyzing usage data and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain clear communication across stakeholders and document decisions

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of digital Product Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person University or College
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with internal stakeholders to execute objectives
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle and internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of CoStar Real Estate Manager and/or Visual Lease products
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like SSMS, PowerBI, or Pendo
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate, lease administration, or transaction management
  • Understanding of enterprise integrations and data architecture; how systems exchange and govern information securely
  • Interest in building data-powered user experiences
  • Passion for leveraging new technologies like AI, automation or predictive analytics to enhance product capabilities
  • Experience using research tools such as LogRocket, Maze or Dovetail
  • Excitement for moving quickly on new ideas and seeing projects through
