Position Overview

The Portfolio Management Analyst is a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in financial markets and investing who is eager to learn how an institutional public equities manager operates. The Analyst will support Portfolio Managers across a range of responsibilities, including portfolio analysis, client reporting, and internal research projects.

This position offers meaningful exposure to portfolio management, trading, research, operations, and client engagement, providing an excellent foundation for a long-term career in investment management.



Key Job Responsibilities


  • Assist in preparing portfolio performance, attribution, and risk analytics for internal and client reporting
  • Support the portfolio rebalance process by analyzing portfolio positioning and securityโ€‘level changes
  • Update portfolio statistics and analytical materials used in business development and client communications
  • Help prepare materials for internal investment and portfolio review meetings
  • Participate in testing and quality control of new reporting tools, analytics, and technology systems
  • Take on adโ€‘hoc analytical tasks and special projects





Skills and Knowledge Required


  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Economics, Business, STEM or related field
  • 1-2 years of related work experience; relevant internships or academic project work are welcome
  • Strong academic record, particularly for candidates without prior investment experience
  • Clear interest in financial markets and public equity investing
  • Comfortable working with financial data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
