What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, Finance, Coding, and operational leaders to improve workflows and optimize Epic functionality.
  • Configure, build, test, and implement Epic application enhancements.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support.
  • Participate in Epic upgrades, optimization initiatives, and new application implementations.
  • Develop workflow documentation, testing plans, training materials, and system specifications.
  • Ensure Epic configurations support regulatory compliance, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve scheduling, registration, billing, coding, claims management, and patient financial workflows.

Qualifications:

As part of the selection process, candidates will be required to complete the Epic Sphinx Assessment. Assessment results will be considered alongside relevant experience, interview performance, and organizational needs as part of a holistic evaluation process.

Required

  • Epic certification required within 12 months of hire* (domestic travel required to obtain certification).
  • Experience supporting healthcare applications, patient access, revenue cycle, finance, or healthcare operations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

*Employees hired into this role as part of the initial Epic implementation may be hired prior to obtaining Epic certification and will complete required certification through organization-sponsored Epic training.

Compensation Information:

$64,501 - $173,264


The salary range shown reflects the base salary for this position. Individual compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations.
