We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist!

Southeastern, OH

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide proactive full-lifecycle recruitment and strategic sourcing for ISBH. The Talent Acquisition Specialist needs to have a passion for finding and attracting top talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers across various departments to deliver the best candidate experience.

The salary for this position is $61,174.73 to $71,675.95 annually, based on experience

Essential Functions:

  • Executes full life cycle searches for entry-level to director-level positions, including developing the search strategy, sourcing, pre-screening, and interviewing candidates to attract and evaluate candidates for our hiring managers/internal clients.
  • Complete references and assessments.
  • Understand the ISBH Diversity Strategy and network with external diversity groups in order to create a sourcing pool of potential candidates.
  • Follows all regulatory requirements to implement diversity recruiting activities.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves issues and applies greater decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Serves as a mentor to others within the Talent Team.
  • Plans and executes internal and external, in-person and virtual hiring events; chairs the planning committee; establishes and adheres to a budget; and monitors metrics to measure the success of the event.
  • Networks with Employee Resource Groups participate in Community Work Force Development job fairs and school presentations. Supports college recruiting to fulfill hiring needs.
  • Proactively sources candidates using a variety of methods and tools, including networking, social media, list serves, crowdsourcing, passive candidate compilers, e-blasts, cold calling, resume databases, Boolean searches on LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, as well as other sites and job aggregators/search engines.
  • Nurtures a strong service culture that ensures delivery of quick, repeatable, and quality-driven service to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assumes responsibility for recruitment efforts and outcomes.
  • Leads or assists in projects that help increase recruiting/hiring efficiencies and streamline processes.
  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to fully comprehend the specifications of each vacancy, establish expectations, and delineate crucial phases in the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Steer candidates through a structured recruitment process, from initial screening to final hiring steps.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and ISBH Leadership to design and implement effective recruitment and staffing solutions.
  • Consistently maintain an active talent pipeline for designated roles, offering top-tier service and expert recruitment advice to organizational leadership.
  • Ability to travel to ISBH regions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree in human resources or a related degree is required.
  • SHRM-CP preferred.
  • Three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment is required.
  • Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management and diversity recruitment experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated presentation, relationship building, critical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Recruitment-related data gathering and analysis are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while staying organized.
  • Ability to maintain efficiency and work independently in a remote or office-based environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
