Artbeat Studios is a fast-paced, rapidly growing company specializing in premium fine art, HD metal, acrylic, canvas, and paper printing. We are passionate about quality and innovation, and we are looking for a driven, high-performing Customer Service Representative to join our team.

We are seeking a customer-oriented professional with a deep understanding of e-commerce support and order management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day client communications, navigating order workflows, and delivering exceptional support to a diverse range of artists and photographers. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record in e-commerce customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full customer service cycle, handling inbound inquiries via phone, live chat, and email using RingCentral and Crisp.
  • Consult with clients to understand their fine art printing needs, providing expert recommendations on file preparation, aspect ratios, and print mediums.
  • Process and track orders within Shopify, handling tracking inquiries, order modifications, holds, and refunds accurately.
  • Collaborate with the production and prepress design teams to ensure technical image specifications are met and custom projects are delivered on time.
  • Resolve customer complaints and shipping transit issues gracefully to maintain our 100% Happiness Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • Stay current on our expanding product catalog, print finishes, and internal production timelines.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven customer service experience specifically within an e-commerce, printing, or creative production environment.
  • Tools: Deep understanding of Shopify order management, unified helpdesk platforms like Crisp, and VoIP phone systems like RingCentral.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical print details clearly to creative clients.
  • Organization: Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to handle multiple chat conversations, emails, and phone calls simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Self-motivated with an empathetic mindset and the ability to resolve order issues calmly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
  • A background, training, or personal interest in photography, graphic design, or fine arts.
  • Familiarity with digital workflow tools and print-on-demand or commercial dropshipping processes.
  • Strong local networks or familiarity with the Orange County/Southern California creative community.
