Automotive Service Technician (Entry to Mid-Level)

Job Type: Full-time

 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No Weekends!)

What You’ll Do Daily:

• General Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine servicing, oil changes, brake jobs, tire installations, and basic steering/suspension repairs.
• Learn Diagnostics: Work with modern diagnostic tools alongside senior technicians to learn electrical troubleshooting and driveability analysis.
• Alignments & Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle health checks and learn to perform precision wheel alignments using our modern equipment.
• Inspect & Advise: Carry out honest vehicle evaluations and clearly explain needed repairs to service advisors.
• Document Work: Keep clear, accurate repair orders and service notes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on shop experience, trade school completion, or entry-level service experience.
• Eagerness to Learn: A strong drive to build your skills in electrical systems, diagnostics, and advanced alignments.
• Basic Tool Set: Your own basic set of tools (we provide specialty and heavy diagnostic equipment).
• Positive Mindset: A strong work ethic, great communication, and a desire to be part of a supportive team.
• Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required.
