Job description

The Revenue Management Coordinator is the frontline execution engine of the organization-turning data into action through reporting, analysis, and trend insights while driving continuous process improvement.

Operating within the RM Ops Support team, this role ensures 7-day coverage, 16 hours per day, monitoring market performance, executing time-sensitive demand actions, and maintaining seamless global support.

With responsibilities across Day Zero Desk execution, GSA Bid support, and core operations, the coordinator ensures accuracy, alignment, and responsiveness-playing a critical role in driving real-time revenue optimization and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Monitoring market performance outside of business hours 
  • Executing time-sensitive market actions to shut down or open back up demand as needed
  • Providing coordinator support for other Hertz global offices in Dublin & Oklahoma
  • Assisting the strategy team with rate changes, strategy implementation and car class roll outs
  • Supporting the Systems Support team with various system projects and audits

What We're Looking For:

  • Senior level student actively pursuing university degree in relevant course of study, including: Economics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing Analytics, Revenue or Hospitality Management or entry-level applicant with bachelor's degree in similar fields required
  • Minimum of 1+ years of previous job experience required
  • Experience and proficiency in learning detailed systems
  • Knowledge of revenue optimization and forecasting systems, processes, and strategies a plus. General knowledge of basic economic principles required
  • Excellent computer skills are essential (moderate to advanced excel recommended, Tableau and PowerBI experience preferred)
  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills
  • Must be willing and able to work nights and weekends (including some holidays). Position is on-site during weekday day shifts in Estero, FL and is home-based during weekend and night shifts. 
    • Shifts are assigned based on business needs
  • High speed internet access is required
  • Proficient Revenue Management Coordinators will be considered for advancement to salaried Revenue Management Analyst positions
