Revenue Management Specialist - Contract (Dallas, TX)
About the Role
Join a dynamic Revenue Management team in Dallas, TX, as a Revenue Management Specialist. This contract role is ideal for professionals who excel in revenue controls, payment processing, and collections. You'll help drive financial accuracy and operational improvements, working onsite with the potential for a hybrid schedule after training. This position offers valuable exposure to process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and project support, setting the stage for meaningful career growth within the revenue management field.
Responsibilities
- Support daily revenue controls, payment reconciliation, and collections activities
- Track and reconcile payments received from retailers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Contribute to revenue tracking and closing processes
- Update process documents, job aids, and communications for management review
- Participate in small projects aimed at optimizing revenue management operations
- Collaborate with other teams to assist with revenue management-related tasks
- Assist in testing, staging, and validating system conditions under lead supervision
- Research and help resolve customer and retailer complaints efficiently
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in collections, payments, or revenue controls
- Proficient in using customer information systems and internal/external databases
- Familiarity with revenue reconciliation and payment posting procedures
- High School diploma or GED required
Preferred Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Exposure to process documentation and project participation in revenue management environments
