Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking an organized and friendly Admin Support Rep (Inpatient) to join our team in Boynton Beach. This position is onsite.
This entry level, part-time position works Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 a.m – 9:00 p.m., supporting the front desk and ensuring a seamless, empathetic experience for patients and families during one of life’s most meaningful transitions.
Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has cared for more than 200,000 South Florida families. As a community-based nonprofit, we provide 24/7 hospice and palliative care, along with caregiver support and bereavement services for families facing serious illness.

  • Work the front desk, greeting patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and operate standard office equipment including fax, computer, printer
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and referral sources with empathy and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure timely and accurate admissions.
