Job description

Description
Continuum Companies is hiring an Account Representative to serve as the friendly, in-person face of our Property Service platform to the property management partner brands we already serve. This is NOT a cold-calling or net-new hunting role. You will be calling on property managers we have existing relationships with - visiting their offices, walking their properties, checking in on open work orders, and making sure they know we are easy to work with. Your job is to deepen those relationships, earn more of their service volume, and make every property manager genuinely glad when they see you pull up.
We are hiring for personality first. A warm, professional, easy-to-be-around presence matters more than sales experience or technical expertise - we will teach you the rest. If you are the person who remembers names, asks about the kids, shows up when you said you would, and turns a five-minute stop into a real relationship, we want to meet you.
This position offers a base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience, along with upside commission or performance bonuses tied to account growth and retention, with typical first-year on-target earnings between $75,000 and $85,000 and additional upside potential. Fuel and travel expenses are covered, and employees are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and company holidays. There is also a clear path to advancement within Continuum Companies and its affiliated brands.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Call on an assigned portfolio of existing property management clients - in person, by phone, and by email - on a regular, predictable cadence.
โ€ข Visit property management offices and their properties to check in, walk sites, review open work orders, and identify additional services we can provide.
โ€ข Be the go-to, no-friction point of contact for your property managers - responsive, upbeat, and genuinely helpful.
โ€ข Grow revenue from existing accounts by surfacing additional maintenance and service needs our teams can handle.
โ€ข Partner with Maintenance operations, dispatch, and field technicians to make sure clients get the follow-through they expect.
โ€ข Travel within your assigned territory approximately 40% of the time, with occasional overnights.
โ€ข Report to the Conshohocken headquarters in person at a minimum once every other week (weekly preferred) for team meetings, training, and coordination.
โ€ข Keep CRM and account records current so the team always knows what is happening with your clients.
Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
โ€ข 0-2 years of professional experience. Any client-facing role - hospitality, retail management, customer service, leasing, internships - counts.
โ€ข Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record (mileage reimbursed).
โ€ข Ability to travel up to 30% within the assigned territory.
โ€ข Ability to commute to Conshohocken, PA, on the required cadence.
โ€ข Comfort with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn CRM and Quickbase.
โ€ข Exposure to property management, real estate, construction, facilities, or trades.
โ€ข Prior account management, customer success, or client-facing sales experience.
