Groundworks is seeking a talented Marketing Analyst, Print and Digital to join our tribe in Virginia Beach, VA or Dallas, TX!
The Marketing Analyst, Print and Digital, is responsible for supporting the execution, analysis, and optimization of print, aggregator, and affiliate campaigns across Angi, BBB, Yelp, and many other partner programs. This entry-level role plays a key part in monitoring daily campaign performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to improve ROAS and achieve marketing KPIs. This role (in-office preferred) will report directly to the Head of Direct Response and work closely with the Performance Marketing team. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain all Angi, BBB, and Yelp profiles which includes adjusting when offices have any changes or creating new profiles when new offices are opened.
  • Track daily campaigns spend and performance while providing recommendations for market adjustments, budget reallocations, profile changes, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Analyze performance trends of print, aggregator, and affiliate channels.
  • Identify and communicate with management teams opportunities to improve creative and digital performance.
  • Track channel performance towards monthly and yearly KPIs, identifying trends for specific office locations and service lines.
  • Create reports, dashboards and ad hoc analyses for print, aggregator, and affiliate performance marketing management teams
  • Conduct analysis across large datasets to understand channel performance, market trends, and progress towards business objectives
  • Provide channel specific reports to various marketing and business stakeholders including query reports, demand reports and performance reports.
  • Work with Head of Direct Response to provide updates on tests, experiments, and large-scale projects
  • Track spend, budget and submit monthly invoices for print, aggregator, and affiliate channels
  • It is an essential function of this role that this individual report to work regularly and reliably each working day.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, including internship experience.
  • Ability to quickly conduct data analysis and use data to tell a story.
  • Analytical-minded and detail-oriented.
  • Fundamental understanding of digital marketing, print media, and business analysis.
  • Familiarity with Aggregator and Affiliate strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and stay organized across multiple assignments.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with data visualization tools (BigQuery, Power BI).
