Schedule: Weekdays 12pm to 8pm primarily

(Occasional variances such as 7am to 3pm and/or 8am to 4pm shifts)

Lumexa Imaging partner American Health Imaging has an entry-level Patient Service Representative role open in Brunswick, GA. We are looking for a customer-service focused candidate that is looking to excel in a medical office setting! 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures
  • Assist with Authorization and Verifications
  • Checking Patients In / Out
  • Answering Multiple Phone Lines
  • Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
  • Insurance Verification
  • Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered Into System
  • Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records

Requirements:

  • 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital
  • Experience in Authorizations and Insurance Verification Preferred
  • Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
  • Strong Customer Service and Computer Skills
