Position Summary
The Lead Patient Service Representative (PSR) plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences. This position oversees front-desk and administrative workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in healthcare administrative processes, especially in mobile or community-based care environments.
Key Responsibilities• Ensure accurate and efficient patient registration and intake
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
• Collect co-pays and maintain accurate financial documentation
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate mobile service logistics
