Patient Service Representative Position Summary

The Patient Service Representative provides clerical support for the TidalHealth physician office (coordinate communications, register and greet patients and maintain financial information) under the direct supervision of the office supervisor.

Patient Service Representative Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three (3) years of clerical/administrative experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting and medical terminology preferred.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office computer programs, practice management systems and spreadsheets preferred.

Patient Service Representative Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
