Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. This position is ideal for recent graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about business analysis, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
