We are looking for a Commis cook with experience in fine dining by preparing food items, assisting the chef de partie in prep, cooking, washing, peeling, cutting, fruits and / or vegetables. 
Other duties include: 
  • Following the directives of the Head Chef
  • General Mis en place 
  • Abiding by safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to pivot functions during menu changes 
  • Cutting, slicing, dicing, and other duties of preparation 
  • Be able to have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Be communicative and responsive to instructions
