The Media Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day operations of the media department, supporting the planning, buying, and execution of digital media campaigns. Responsibilities:
Campaign Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of media campaigns across various digital platforms, including programmatic, social, search, display, and video.
  • Coordinate with media planners and buyers to ensure accurate and timely campaign setup, trafficking, and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to the media team, identifying any issues or opportunities for optimization.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage and maintain media calendars, insertion orders, and other campaign documentation.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and vendor communication.
  • Ensure all media buys are accurately documented and reflected in internal systems.
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Compile and prepare campaign performance reports, including data analysis and insights.
  • Assist in the analysis of campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the media team in preparing client-facing reports and presentations.
Vendor & Partner Coordination:
  • Communicate with media vendors and partners to confirm placements, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Track and manage media assets, ensuring all creative materials are delivered on time and meet vendor specifications.
  • Coordinate with external partners to resolve any issues related to media buys or campaign execution.
Research & Insights:
  • Conduct research on industry trends, audience insights, and competitive activity to inform media planning.
  • Assist in the evaluation of new media tools, platforms, and technologies that can enhance campaign performance.
  • Provide support in gathering and organizing market research data for use in media strategies.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with media planners, buyers, and account teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing support and input on media strategies and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including creative and analytics, to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
Learning & Development:
  • Stay updated on the latest digital media trends, platforms, and best practices.

Qualifications:
