San Diego, CA | Mandatory In-Office

At InnoVision Marketing Group, proudly known as The Anti-Agency®, social media is more than posting content. It is about building brands, creating communities, growing audiences, and helping clients achieve meaningful business results.

We are looking for an organized, creative, and digitally savvy Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of social media strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys creating content, writing, video editing, engaging with online communities, and learning the rapidly evolving world of social media marketing.

This is an entry-level to early-career position that reports directly to the Social Growth & Engagement Strategist. You will work closely with senior social media leadership while developing the skills necessary to grow into a strategist role over time.

If you’re the type of person who enjoys following social trends, creating engaging content, experimenting with new platforms, and learning something new every day, we’d love to meet you.

  • Coordinate content approvals and revisions.
  • Community Management
  • Monitor client social channels and engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and community interactions.
  • Escalate customer service issues appropriately while maintaining each client’s brand voice.
  • Monitor conversations and identify opportunities to increase engagement and community growth.
  • Video & Graphic Content
  • Edit shortform videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
  • Create graphics, Stories, carousels, and social assets using Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Repurpose existing content into platformspecific formats.
  • The ability to create compelling content that captures attention and drives engagement is a tremendous plus and highly valued in this role.

    Scheduling & Publishing
  • Schedule and publish content using Vista Social and other approved platforms.
  • Ensure posts are published accurately and on schedule.
  • Assist in maintaining organized content libraries and digital assets.
  • Research & Reporting
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, trending audio, hashtags, and AI tools.
  • Assist with gathering performance metrics and preparing monthly reports.
  • Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Learn SEO, GEO, AIassisted content creation, and evolving digital marketing best practices.

  • Strong writing and proofreading skills.
  • Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar creative software.
