What Youll Do

As a Sales Producer, youll focus on growing the agency by:

  • Proactively identifying and contacting prospective clients
  • Quoting, presenting, and selling insurance products tailored to client needs
  • Building strong relationships that lead to long-term client retention
  • Following up on leads and referrals in a timely and professional manner
  • Cross-selling and upselling additional coverage when appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of sales activity and client interactions
  • Staying current on insurance products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines
