Are you a licensed P&C insurance agent looking for a change? We are looking for a motivated agent who enjoys working with people and thrives in sales. This position will provide an opportunity to grow your income year over year.
Requirements:

Goal oriented with a drive to succeed.
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
People-oriented, outgoing and genuinely enjoy dealing with clients.
Ability to multi-task.
Property & Casualty license.
Responsibilities:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages and policy changes.
Work with manager to create and meet marketing goals.
As an insurance agent with our agency, you will be in our training program for the first 1-3 months. You will also learn how we do business and the carriers we represent. We also will provide sales training and tools to enhance your sales skills.
