Licensed Insurance Agent, Customer Service Representative – State Farm Team Member
Location: Royal Oak, MI
Compensation: $46,000–$50,000 base salary + bonus & commissions (Total annual compensation: $52,000–$65,000). Annual bonus and pay raises based on performance.

Position Overview:
Are you outgoing, customer-focused, and motivated to succeed? We’re seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work with both existing and prospective customers, providing prompt, courteous service and helping families secure the right insurance coverage. Your dedication to exceptional service will generate referrals and help us continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent, prompt, and friendly service to existing and prospective customers
  • Build and maintain customer relationships; follow up as needed
  • Educate customers about insurance options through needs-based reviews
  • Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, claims, billing, and more
  • Conduct insurance and financial service reviews to ensure proper coverage
