Patrick McGuire - Farm Bureau is a long-lasting established insurance agency in Clio! Pat's decades-long tenure with Farm Bureau ensures a professional, positive introduction to the insurance field for motivated, career-oriented individuals.

No experience in insurance? No problem! Pat and his team are looking for an entry-level, positive, sales-driven individual to join the team and kickstart their insurance career. Full training and licensing support will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with a positive attitude

Engage in the community and your own network for family and friends to educate about insurance products

Establish customer relationships with new and existing customers

Learn about customer needs to recommend products and policies that fit their lifestyle.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements:
