Job Summary:
The Service Manager at Flagler Club is an entry level, hourly management position responsible for overseeing the retrieval, setup, service, and maintenance of all Food & Beverage operations at the club. This role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and stocking of the lounge, kitchen, and bussing pantry. Administrative duties include assisting with ordering, managing inventory, and ensuring adequate supply levels. The Service Manager plays a key role in preparing guest rooms, personalized services, and fulfilling guest requests under the direction of the Assistant Hotel Manager.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage service management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
