We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager - Minute Maid to support growth for one of the most trusted and beloved juice brands in North America. This role is based in Chicago, IL, and offers an opportunity to contribute to iconic innovation while shaping brand strategies that resonate with today's consumers.
As an Associate Brand Manager, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans, bring new ideas to life, and deliver business results. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, collaborative, and analytical marketer eager to develop in a dynamic environment. If you are passionate about consumer storytelling, like leveraging data to make informed decisions, and want to build a career impacting a recognizable brand family, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do for Us
  • Manage and execute recurring data and performance reporting for Minute Maid, translating syndicated and panel findings into actionable brand insights and recommendations.
  • Support the Senior Brand Managers and Directors across key priorities while coordinating with cross-functional counterparts from Marketing, Commercial, and Finance.
  • Lead aspects of consumer, customer, and internal engagement by preparing compelling brand communications, presentations, and category stories that build advocacy.
  • Drive select innovation and renovation projects through the Stage-Gate process by partnering with R&D, Supply, Technical, Design, and Production teams to ensure timely concept-to-launch execution.
  • Prepare internal and customer-facing presentations, including selling tools, performance reviews, and operating updates.
  • Manage core administrative and operational responsibilities for the brand team, including couponing programs, sample coordination, program budgets (DME), and timeline tracking to support flawless execution.
  • Curate social media and digital insights to inform brand activation and campaign optimization.
  • Monitor marketing plans against KPIs and recommend adjustments to optimize performance throughout the brand calendar year.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles; CPG experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret research findings and data into actionable insights. Experience with sales tracking and consumer panel tools is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of marketing execution, including campaign activation, social media, and shopper engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence and inspire internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities, including budgeting, timeline stewardship, and operational oversight.
  • Demonstrated track record of working across functions to achieve brand goals and deliver results.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, proactive attitude, and passion for brand building.
