Job description

If the answer is yes, then you know the Chesterman Company! We are an independent Coca-Cola Bottler with our corporate office located in Sioux City, Iowa. We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
Position Summary: To service customers by delivering, installing, and maintaining vending equipment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Make service calls and repair equipment. Install beverage equipment. Load and unload vending machines
  • Meet the needs of the customer and maintain a high level of customer service
  • To load truck with parts and equipment and keep trucks stocked with parts
  • Repair cooling units, transport CO2 tanks, load and unload coolers and ice and beverage equipment
  • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Education/Experience:
  • High-School Diploma/GED
  • Refrigeration training preferred
  • Ability to operate two- or four-wheel dolly
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record

Physical Requirements:
  • Visual and auditory abilities include depth perception and color vision
  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, and squatting
  • Ability to lift/carry <75lbs
  • Ability to push/pull <150lbs

Hours: Monday-Friday-with weekend on call rotation with other techs once fully trained. 8am-430pm-with extended hours as needed
Pay: $20.25 per hour
