This program is designed for recent graduates with a degree in hospitality management or a related field who are looking to build a career in hotel leadership. As a Manager in Training, you will participate in structured training rotations focused on front office, housekeeping, and overall hotel operations, gaining hands-on experience that prepares you for future management opportunities within our portfolio.
You will work closely with hotel leadership teams while learning operational best practices, service standards, and leadership skills necessary to manage a successful hotel operation.

Job Responsibilities
As a Manager in Training - Rooms Department, you will assist hotel leadership teams in day-to-day operations while completing training rotations designed to prepare you for future leadership roles.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Complete all management training rotations and required activities associated with the program.
  • Assist with the daily operation of the hotel, particularly within the Rooms Division (Front Office and Housekeeping).
  • Work alongside hotel leadership including Department Managers, Assistant General Managers, and General Managers.
  • Travel to properties within the assigned region to support hotel operations, openings, and transitions as needed.
  • Support and implement DelMonte Hotel Group policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Foster and promote the DelMonte culture while working across properties.
  • Assist in ensuring all brand standards and operational procedures are consistently followed.
  • Maintain high levels of guest service and guest satisfaction.
  • Help ensure legal compliance and adherence to company policies, including wage and hour regulations.
  • Support leadership with training initiatives and associate development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with guests, associates, vendors, and business partners.
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities such as inventory tracking, payroll processing, purchasing, and maintaining records.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and operational readiness of hotel departments.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated hospitality graduate with strong leadership potential, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow within the hotel industry.
Specific qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
  • 0- 2 years of hospitality experience preferred (internships or hotel experience strongly encouraged)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and travel within the region
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Desire to pursue a long-term leadership career in hospitality
