Position Summary

The Junior Service Advisor is an entry-level role designed for individuals with strong customer service skills who want to learn the automotive repair process. This position supports senior advisors and assists customers with scheduling, communication, and basic service coordination.

No prior automotive experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in person and over the phone
