What You’ll Do & Bring

As a Systems Administrator I, you'll help keep MyCHN’s technology infrastructure running smoothly, supporting staff with the tools and systems they need to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Maintain email services and user access
  • Document, track, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
  • Install, update, and maintain software applications
  • Manage antivirus protection and system updates
  • Support IT asset tracking and inventory management
  • Assist with ongoing technology initiatives and projects
