Location: Cary, Illinois

Coilcraft, Inc. is a privately held global manufacturing organization headquartered in Cary, Illinois, with a worldwide reputation for high-quality passive electronic components. Our systems support manufacturing, finance, and operations across multiple facilities, and reliable ERP performance is critical to our daily business. We are seeking an ERP Analyst to join our IT team to support, maintain, and improve our ERP environment and related applications. This role will work closely with users, programmers, and infrastructure teams to ensure our systems operate efficiently and securely.

About the Role and Your Impact
  • Provide technical support to users in the configuration and use of the ERP system
  • Assist with development and maintenance of ERP and custom applications
  • Participate in evaluation of new hardware and software systems
  • Create and maintain documentation for programs and custom applications
  • Develop ad hoc and scheduled reports including import/export functions
  • Support security, backup, and data integrity procedures
  • Prepare detailed specifications for ERP and EDI programming
  • Work with users and programmers to troubleshoot system issues
Who We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related experience
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong SQL programming ability
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Understanding of application systems analysis
