ERP Operations - Jar Lines

As a ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and uninterrupted ERP operations, managing system configurations and troubleshooting issues to support production processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily ERP system operations in a production environment to ensure uptime, reliability, and performance.
- Provide first-level support to production team, addressing ERPS related issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
- Configure ERP system modules according to production requirements, optimizing system functions to align with business processes.
- Maintain data accuracy within the ERP system by conducting routine audits, ensuring proper user input, and overseeing system updates.
- Identify, analyze and resolve ERP issues in real time to avoid production downtime, coordinating with Maintenance team.
- Continuously seek ways to improve ERP functionalities and workflows to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and conduct training sessions and document ERP processes to enhance user knowledge and ERP system understanding.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- All employees will help keep a sanitary work environment.
- All employees must comply with all good manufacturing practices. Such as (wearing hairnets, beard nets, no jewelry, no food in warehouse, no gum or candy, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Availability to work four days a ten to twelve (10 โ 12) hours shifts or working five days eight to ten hours shifts from Monday to Fridays and overtime hours as needed. Availability of working on Saturdays as per the department schedule.
- Knowledge of Parity software.
- Must be able to lift 30-pound boxes regularly.
- Must be able to work in Hot and Cold environments.
- Must be able to work in noisy areas.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing environment.
- Experience in system configuration, user support, and ERP troubleshooting, preferred.
- Utilize knowledge and requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills that are necessary to work in a customer-focused working environment.

- General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently at manual tasks and machine operation in a food production environment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
- Knowledge of production systems such as Red Zone and Parity.
