Customer Service Representative Junior

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative Junior to join our print operations team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Retail print experience strongly preferred. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional service standards.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, quotes, and order management
  • Process and manage print orders from intake through completion
  • Review of customer files for accuracy and print readiness (preferred experience)
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure deadlines and specifications are met
  • Provide updates to customers regarding job status, timelines, and any issues
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, and job tickets
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience with customer service (required)
  • Retail print experience (highly preferred) (e.g., quick print centers, copy shops, or walk-in print environments)
  • Strong understanding of print products (business cards, signage, brochures, direct mail)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MIS/print management systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of digital and offset printing processes a plus
