Job description

Overview
Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. The Guest Services Specialist will work on a Full-Time basis out of Helio Health's Rochester Inpatient program.
Pay Rate: $15.38- $17.50 per hour.
In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $1,500!
Responsibilities
  • The Guest Services Specialist position assists in orientating patients, manage ongoing needs throughout the patients stay in the program and prepare and maintain the facility for use and cleanliness.
  • In this position you will assist with admission process of program including orientating patients to the facility, responding to patient inquiries and requests and resolving issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • The Guest Services Specialist will demonstrate thorough knowledge of program expectations and schedules and assist patients in managing these activities.
  • Assist with crisis intervention activities, as requested.
  • You will also ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and safe manner at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
  • High School Graduate/Equivalency

  • Entry level knowledge of biopsychosocial process of addiction/recovery and self-help group process

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications
  • Valid NYS Driver's license required
