The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for assisting the General Manager with the overall operations of the restaurant. The AGM works with all employees in setting the direction of the business day to day operations as well as plan to grow the business, drive sales, manage costs, and ensure proper training for the staff.

Job Requirements:
