Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Entry-level)
Location: Tigard, OR
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract to hire (3-6 months), Fully Onsite
Compensation: $22-$24 an hour
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in Tigard, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
Responsibilities:
  • Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.
  • Provide assistance with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. (Required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
