We're looking for a detail-driven Accounting Associate ready to build on their finance experience and grow into a more advanced accounting role. This position offers hands-on exposure across AP, AR and reconciliations - ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team. This is a full-time hourly position, working in person 30 to 40 hours per week, at our headquarters in Clackamas Oregon.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Import and process vendor invoices using automated tools
- Post daily deposits and reconcile banking activity with sales data
- Manage wholesale accounts receivable, including invoicing and credits, payment posting
- Support accurate sales tax reporting
- Assist with weekly accounts payables processing
You'll also cross-train in:
Bank, credit card, and merchant account reconciliations
Recording payroll and related expenses
Month-end closing tasks, including accrual based journal entries
