Job Title: Customer Care Representative - Order entry
Location: Buford, GA 30518
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $20.56 – $22.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp to permanent
Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries via phone and email, manage orders, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer questions via phone and email
Process orders, returns, and credits accurately
Check inventory, order status, and shipment tracking
Provide product information and pricing
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate as needed
Support internal teams and maintain accurate records in the system
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of customer service or order management experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
