Client Care Representative (Neurology) โ€“ | $20โ€“$25/hr

Location: Leesburg, VA

Full- Time | Days only

$20โ€“$25/hr

Pay for Client Care Representatives:

  • $20- 25/hr

Schedule

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week

  • Days only ! No holidays or weekends.

Client Care Representative Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and guide them through check-in procedures

  • Answer incoming phone calls, voicemails and emails

  • Provide compassionate client communication and education

  • Schedule patient appointments

  • Record requests and communications with referring veterinary offices and pharmacies

  • Utilize practice management software to maintain client and patient records

  • Administrative duties such as filing, data entry, faxing, emailing, etc.

  • Check-out clients, ensuring discharge information and charges are correct

  • End of day processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Veterinary Receptionist, or 5 years as a Client Service Representative in another business setting

  • Veterinary Receptionist experience a plus!

  • EzyVet or SmartFlow experience a plus!

  • Professional phone, in-person and email etiquette a must

  • The ability to handle stressful or emergent situations in a calm and supportive manner

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Proven customer service skills

  • Positive team player

  • Experience with Microsoft programs and ability to quickly learn company software systems

  • Experience with a multi-line phone system

  • High School Diploma, GED, or higher education

Our hospitals house state of the art equipment to provide advanced diagnostic testing including cerebrospinal fluid collection/analysis, computed tomography, electroencephalography, MRI and more! Our neurologists perform both spinal and brain surgeries. Some of these surgeries include intervertebral disc surgery, brain tumor removal, foramen magnum decompression, ventricular shunt replacement and more!!  Veterinary technicians play an integral role in our hospital whether they are handling patient care, taking care of clients, running our diagnostic imaging equipment, or assisting doctors in surgery.
