Job description

Shift:

Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST

What Customer Operations Support contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution

Responsibilities

  • Provides services to customers by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and order problem/dispute resolution.

  • Offers professional and timely service as a representative of Cardinal Health at-Home

  • Supports an inbound call queue, aiding in placing orders, searching for products, processing returns, responding to order inquiries, providing delivery updates, and answering questions

  • Provides problem resolution for order issues in a timely manner

  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain standard Quality Assurance Metrics monthly.

  • Utilize monthly 1:1 meeting with Supervisor to accomplish goals and focus on career development opportunities.

  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills and ability to retain information for successful resolution and customer assistance.

  • Must maintain a distraction free workspace.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred

  • 2-4 years' experience in Customer Service preferred

  • Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required

  • Team-oriented mindset

  • Demonstrate a passion for healthcare

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

What is expected of you and others at this level

  • Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks.

  • Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution.

  • Refers to policies and past practices for guidance, including usage of SOP's and written instructions.

  • Receives general directions on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments.

  • Consults with supervisors or senior peers on complex and unusual problems.

Anticipated hourly range: $15.70 per hour to $22.50 per hour
