Job description

Swell is on the lookout for driven and enthusiastic Enterprise Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing sales team. As an Enterprise SDR, you will play a critical role in our business by identifying and qualifying new enterprise customers, ultimately contributing to our mission to help healthcare organizations enhance their practice reputation and accelerate growth through exceptional patient experience management.

The successful candidates will be resourceful and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about helping businesses succeed.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively prospecting for new enterprise business opportunities through various outreach methods including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Qualifying leads and setting appointments for Account Executives through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Researching and understanding potential clients, their needs, and how Swell can add value to their business.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of your outreach efforts and managing your pipeline within our CRM.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales process.

Requirements

  • Minimum: 1-3 years of sales development experience
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and process.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and learn.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess leads and identify potential opportunities.
  • Willingness to work in-office at our Holladay, UT location.
