About The Role
We're looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) who's ready to accelerate their career in enterprise sales. You'll partner closely with elite Account Executives and leadership who are deeply invested in your success, helping you sharpen your craft, master your process, and prepare for your next step into a closing role. Every conversation you start will directly influence how the world's biggest consumer brands deliver AI-powered customer experiences.
This is an in-person role at our San Francisco HQ designed for driven sales talent eager to learn, win, and grow quickly.
What You'll Do
  • Own outbound prospecting: Drive quality conversations with enterprise prospects through calls, email, and social.
  • Prioritize the phone: You bring energy and confidence to every conversation - connecting with decision-makers daily.
  • Personalize intelligently: Research key accounts, understand their priorities, and tailor outreach to resonate with executive stakeholders. Be prepared and relevant.
  • Qualify with precision: Identify pain points, assess value alignment, and set high-quality meetings with AEs.
  • Partner to win: Collaborate closely with AEs to refine strategy, messaging, and account targeting.
  • Perform above the bar: Meet and exceed goals for qualified pipeline and meetings consistently.
Who You Are
  • 1+ years of SDR or BDR experience in B2B tech or SaaS
  • Proven record of success prospecting into enterprise accounts ($100K+ deals)
  • Excellent communicator - confident on the phone and skilled at getting replies from VP- and C-level leaders
  • Process-driven and coachable, but entrepreneurial enough to build your own motion
  • Competitive and team-oriented ideally with a background in sports, teaching, finance or other performance-driven environments
  • Relentlessly curious, growthโ€‘minded, and serious about advancing your sales career
