Overview
Leading medical technologies company looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelors degree with 4+ years of experience leading capital equipment, manufacturing, or engineering projects.
Responsibilities
  • Lead complex capital equipment and manufacturing transformation projects from concept through production launch, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedule, budget, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, sourcing, facilities, and leadership teams for project alignment.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks/issues, and implement resolutions.
  • Manage equipment suppliers, contractors, and external partners, overseeing design reviews, FAT, SAT, installation, and commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate validation activities including URS development, IQ/OQ/PQ, and process qualifications.
  • Develop and track capital expenditure requests, project budgets, and financial justifications.
  • Support manufacturing strategy initiatives, automation programs, and capacity expansion projects.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience leading capital equipment, manufacturing, or engineering projects.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with external equipment suppliers and contractors.
  • Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
